You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Data Intelligence and Analysis - Practice Support team provides PwC a series of organisational technology capabilities that include business intelligence, data management, data warehouse, and data assurance. You'll help with projects that involve information technology strategy and infrastructure, enterprise architecture, enterprise applications, large scale programme and portfolio management, information technology security, data analytics, computer forensics, and emerging technologies like cloud, mobility and social networking.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Solutions Principal Reporting Lead , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the solution level development lifecycle of reporting solutions, designing technical architecture, assessing the business impact that technical choices have
• Overseeing the design and development of enhancements and future releases of the reporting solutions through project management, senior stakeholders and, our own internal teams
• Own the reporting roadmap in order to plan, prioritize, and execute future projects
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on the methodology used to solve business problems
• Capture information from internal stakeholders to design business processes for future development and prepare process maps
• Own the resource plan, working collaboratively with the technical team to manage team capacity and assess delivery feasibility based on forecasted internal project teams' time and resource availability
• Identify , analyze, propose and document technical solutions for problems and issues as they arise
• Facilitate design reviews and technical demos with stakeholders to obtain feedback on the quality and performance of products and solutions
• Lead stakeholder management post-delivery to ensure business value is realized (e.g., access provisioning, training, post-delivery support)
• Incorporate stakeholder perspective and feedback into product design and deployment plan
• Manage lifecycle of BI & Visualization products and reconcile inventory of reports used by leadership

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• E xperience in a PowerBI Development role and PowerBI design role
• Previous e xperience as primary strategy and relationship lead
• Certification in Reporting, BI or related field is an asset
• C omplex reporting solutions design and deployment
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI (visualizations and front-end user experience)
• M anaging executive and senior stakeholder relationships
• C ollecting requirements and feedback from non-technical stakeholders
• L eading and guiding BI & Visualization delivery teams in development of data visualization, dashboards, and underlying data models
• D ata transformation and cleansing through data profiling and root cause analysis, testing and QA best practices
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
