Your passion for technology will lend itself well to technology development of Public Safety applications over TELUS 4G and 5G Wireless network. You leverage your deep technical knowledge of the wireless network to design and implement new technologies for the Public Safety community. You will plan and guide program deliverables critical for TELUS's growth and success. Your work will help deliver on strategic direction and ensure we optimize capital investment plans, and enhance revenue opportunities and customer experiences. You will lead and deliver projects across multiple application areas that provides critical wireless services to our customers.

•Proven ability to take complete ownership of a service, by asking the right questions and knowing the results from launch to continuous support, demonstrating adaptable thinking
•Strong project and process management skills, and the ability to lead cross functional teams
•Excellent strategic analysis and thinking, with the ability to interpret data and generate innovative and unconventional solutions
•Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills required to obtain commitment from cross-functional teams to support and deliver on priorities
•Superior organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deliverables and work with minimal supervision
•Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills to leaders at all levels within the organization
•Collaborative, creative and willing to take risks and challenge the status quo
•Known for your familiarity with wireless network technologies, including access, IP transport, packet core architecture, IMS, and 3GPP ecosystem
•Expert knowledge and working experience with large-scale voice network architectures, technologies, operations, and services (e.g. IMS, VoIP and PSTN)
•Valued for your 5+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications
•Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science Great-to-haves
•Experience working with Agile/Scrum/Kanban
•Experience with Public Safety applications
•Experience with Broadband applications such as Push-to-Talk Technologies and Mission Critical services
•Experience in software development methodologies
