As a key member of the Service Enablement Team, you will own the SDF(Service Delivery Framework) Product giving way to continuous API development and reuse of the API exposure capabilities of the platform. You are a highly motivated and energetic individual with technical knowledge of REST and SOAP API's.

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling multiple teams across TELUS to leverage the services that the SDF API framework provides. You will streamline processes and conduct business workshops promoting the SDF Product. This role will expand our current Agile team which works to deliver many innovative solutions for TELUS's partners and customers.

The Service Enablement Team embraces new ideas and innovations that will drive customer satisfaction from both internal and external customers.

This role in the team is integral to the onboarding of new API's and delivery of services to our customers. We will deliver on cost reduction initiatives and increase the revenue of the SDF Services. You will interact with peer teams identifying & implement best practices with a key focus on API reusability, reliability, scalability and security. Your work with Industry leaders will put TELUS at the leading edge of technology that delivers robust, cost effective solutions to our customers.

Here's how
    •Collaborate with customers, developers, and vendors, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with production grade capability and services •Provide solutions for new services and make recommendations to improve product quality, reliability, performance, and scalability •Act as a subject matter expert for the API exposure framework, communicating moderate to complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel •Develop and update technical documentation where required to support the API delivery process •Ability to continually learn, understand and apply new technologies •Must possess excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Good understanding of working with REST APIs, SOAP APIs •Experience working in an Agile Team environment •Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with a large extended project team and influence those around you •Excellent communication, troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills •Ability to analyse development, deployment and support processes critically, and to implement changes to improve them •University degree in Computer Science or Information or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and practical experience in a relevant field will be considered

    •Familiar with OAuth2.0, SAML and OpenID Connect •Experience performing analysis with tools like SQL and Splunk •Familiar with cloud computing services, tools and processes, particularly AWS
