We are a national B2B marketing team within TELUS, accountable for driving profitable growth through Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy that uses AI, Big Data, personalized marketing, social tactics and demand generation activities to deliver on growth, acquisition and retention programs.

As the national business marketing team, we optimize and govern end-to-end marketing processes turning leads into marketing qualified leads, and developing customer lifecycle journeys. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you'll work on the Strategic direction of our Account Based Marketing programs. You will actively manage the campaign and content strategy for our customer base and create personalized nurture journeys for different buyer personas. Working with marketing, brand, and product teams around the organization, you'll connect the dots between our day to day activities and the broader TELUS strategy to identify and solve important business challenges that are critical to our success.

The ideal candidate for this role is a team player that believes strongly in continuous improvement and strives to achieve/maintain best in class through evolution and transformation.

What YOU will do:
    •Work cross-functionally to define and execute marketing plans with key business stakeholders across different teams •Create and support the framework for a vertical marketing ecosystem that covers all key areas of marketing including generating leads, growing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition and supporting customer retention •Leverage the programmatic ABM framework to target customers with personalized content by audience via LinkedIn, email, events, e-newsletters, and other channels •Project-manage the development of high impact thought leadership assets including blogs, e-books, customer testimonials, and videos •Work closely with counterparts on the go-to-market team, brand, and product to build a compelling content repository •Works closely with counterparts on sales enablement and field marketing teams to identify customer success stories to develop into further assets. •Review strategy and results with business leads on a regular basis and adjust plans accordingly •Contribute to senior leadership presentations, including strategy checks, quarterly business reviews, and monthly financial reviews


What YOU bring:
    •Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment with involvement in developing and executing successful ABM omni-channel marketing campaigns and content strategy with quantifiable KPIs •Proven project management skills, and an ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines and input from various stakeholders •Strong storytelling and presentation skills - ability to understand diverse audience and tune message to communicate effectively to stakeholders •Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables and ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements •Team player that's creative, entrepreneurial, and willing to experiment

    •Analytical experience and the ability to understand complex data as well as providing meaningful insight to others •Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Campaign Manager •Familiarity with B2B Marketing and telecommunications
