In this role, you will help to define and execute programs and initiatives to ensure Fortinet sellers are optimally enabled to succeed. You will work closely with Regional Sales Leaders, First Level Managers and Sellers as well as cross functional leaders. Your charter is to deliver enablement initiatives which support sales performance growth in three areas:
    • Increase pipeline and billings for Fortinet solutions targeted at the Enterprise market segment • Account and opportunity strategy and supporting processes • Creation and delivery of content, tools which enhances seller knowledge, skills and behaviors to connect Fortinet solutions to customer business challenges, and, help to drive meaningful customer conversations.

    • Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Corporate, Product, Channel and Field Marketing to deliver enablement programs for market driven and repeatable sales plays • Execute compelling content, training and tools to enable Enterprise sellers to continue to accelerate growth • Manage timelines, sales leadership and seller engagement and be a trusted partner of the business • Drive cross-functional participation in program execution. • Establish creative delivery, engagement and motivation mechanisms to enable sellers

    • Knowledge and experience selling and marketing Enterprise technology security solutions • Excellent presentation, communication and influence skills with leaders & individual contributors • Excellent seller, manager and sales leadership engagement and influence skills • A self-motivated, independent thinker who can define, drive and deliver on promises in a fast growth environment • Proven track record of driving improvements in seller productivity • Competitive self-starter and motivated to succeed

    • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience
