This position is responsible for the churn metric in our Small Business Solutions space, ensuring that we keep as many of our small business customers when they are making wireless decisions. Working with our campaign teams you will launch campaigns that are targeted at making our customers have a stronger relationship with Telus. With our customer care teams you will launch programs that will focus on how we balance keeping our customers with Telus and the financial implications of these decisions. Pushing our sales teams to have strong and meaningful relationships with our customers so that when they are thinking about wireless services that TELUS is the best choice for them and their small business.Skills:

•Providing sales, channels, customer care the tools they need to ensure we keep our customers while balancing profitability
•Managing and executing churn strategies by supporting projects that involve analysis and operational process development
•Building and owning business case to bring new capabilities to market, as necessary to execute plan
•Establish P&L benchmarks, ensuring profit maximization of portfolio Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•5+ years of product marketing/management experience, or a set of experiences that are transferrable to marketing which have developed equivalent business acumen
•Demonstrate influence and strategy skills; planning, variance reporting; root-cause analysis - Advanced
•Proven ability to make strategic recommendations on gap closure initiatives, secure alignment and budget - Advanced
•Confidently present ideas to senior leaders (VP and above) - Advanced
•Proven Risk management and conflict resolution skills - Advanced
•Program management expertise - Advanced Required Knowledge:
•Work with TELUS Small business marketing teams to inform tactical go-to-market plans for a set of new campaigns, support our sales and care teams & deliver profitability and churn targets
•Ability to effectively communicate, sell ideas and influence without authority - build your vision, and gain buy-in across the organization to follow it
