In a nutshell, as a Senior Product Manager - Business-to-Business (B2B) - Pricing & Promotions (Regional), you play a pivotal role within the National Business Mobility organization, managing and enhancing the wireless strategy through acquisition, retention and management of our base of wireless customers.

Curious to understand the dynamics of the business, you are an expert in defining business problems while seeking out clear paths to inform and arrive at clear actionable decisions. Importantly, you can shift effortlessly from deep analysis to confidently articulate clear recommendations, execute on those recommendations and measure success.

You invest in building relationships across the organization, including customer operations, channel, and consumer marketing.

Here's how
    •As the Expert in your Field, you'll:
      •Manage and monitor health of the business across key metrics seeking out opportunities to realize efficiencies and drive positive outcomes •Build and execute action plans for acquisition and retention •Build and grow key business enhancing device programs •Ensure the leadership team confidently understands recommendations •Monitor effectiveness of initiatives, swiftly managing failures and championing successful approaches •Foster strong working relationships with all operations, sales and channel teams


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Proven hypothesis-driven approach to analyzing problems with an ability to zoom in and uncover insights that inform actionable decisions •Deep Microsoft (MS) Excel competence and impactful MS PowerPoint style •Ability to develop and create compelling narratives from peers up to executives •Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and cross functional teams •Disciplined execution, maintaining quality of deliverables across a number of varied tasks and responsibilities •Knack for thriving on ambiguity and change •University degree in Marketing, Business Administration: Honors Business Administration (HBA), Commerce, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or Engineering

    •Understanding of pricing levers, base and renewal tactics and their impacts to the business •Working experience in marketing, B2B preferred but not required •Wireless telecommunications and/or technology-based industry experience is an asset •Working as a team on projects comprised of a wide range of integrated marketing activities
