•Building, executing, managing and reporting on strategic lead generation and integrated marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, funnel velocity and growth within existing accounts
•Creating and delivering measurable marketing programs that are increasingly personalized through advanced digital and analytics technologies (email, content marketing, digital advertising, SEM, social, PR, and webinars), in addition to traditional mediums such as direct mail and events
•Acting as Marketing Prime for our Eastern Provider Solutions Sales teams and supporting them with meeting their targets and objectives through campaigns, tools, sponsorships and competitive insights, while managing an extensive network of stakeholders including product management, in addition to budget management for this region
•Developing customer communications programs for prospects and users, with a central focus on the customer journey and experience
•Collaborates closely with the Brand, Digital, Event and Communications teams within the TELUS Health ecosystem, as well as our vendors to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and on target
•Driving the evolution of our digital experience to deliver sophisticated and customized communications, opt-ins and next-generation strategies to elevate the customer experience and differentiate TELUS Health
•Engaging in qualitative and quantitative customer research for effective programs, insights and positioning
•Leading quarterly planning, monthly dashboards and marketing performance analysis for the Eastern region, including building action plans Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Deep expertise architecting and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional and next-generation mediums
•Flexible and curious self-starter, habitually exceeding expectations and naturally pushing boundaries
•Utilizes the power of data to inform decisions, loves problem solving and is driven by getting things done
•Compelling communicator, persuasive storyteller and a big thinker: strategic, critical and creative
•Believes in the importance of proper program planning, and flawless execution and delivery
•Can easily toggle between leading and doing with a knack for influencing peers and partners
•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Business to Business (B2B) marketing role
•Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience
•Knowledge of the B2B purchase process, sales cycles, customer journey
•Expert experience with building, launching, analyzing and reporting on next-generation digital programs and strategies using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, and using other Marketing tools
•Experience in establishing processes for lead generation and funnel acceleration, including knowledge of best practices for setting up nurture flows
•Strong copy writing and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling and presenting to senior leaders Great-to-have
