Koodo Digital is responsible for driving high priority strategic outcomes: growing online sales, improving customer experience, maximizing revenue and reducing costs through digital adoption. We collaborate closely with stakeholders across the TELUS organization to align on business outcomes, prioritize objectives and create and execute a strategy which supports overall digital objectives.

    •Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to drive digital sales and renewals through various pricing, product and marketing initiatives
    •Collaborate with business stakeholders to create great work for web that is on brand, employs best practices and maximizes return on investment
    •Work closely with the Sr. Product Manager-Commerce on roadmap prioritization, customer experience
    •Support a small team to ensure timely and accurate product launches and site updates
    •Manage and support daily webstore operations and improving customer satisfaction
    •Provide monthly reporting on progress towards key milestones



Related bachelor's or master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Post-secondary courses in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related subjects preferred.


4-6 years of varied business and marketing experience, with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. Industry/technical experience is a plus. Sales or product management experience is an asset.
