Our team spends our days designing and implementing personalized OMNI channel experiences for customers and prospective customers in order more effectively attract/retain them and reduce customer effort. We collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to bring our journeys to life; we work with our Data Science team who creates machine learning models to power our journeys, drive technology road maps with our partners to determine new data and capability needs to enable our experiences, and finally we working closely with business stakeholders to ensure we are driving the right outcomes for our business. We are a team of chameleons - some days reviewing model outputs with a Data Scientist and other days we are collaborating with Marketing to design the creative strategy for our communications - No day is the same!

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As an agile Senior Market Manager at TELUS, you will own, build and optimize a sales funnel and identify innovative opportunities to drive more sales for TELUS. As the owner of this sales funnel/journey you lead the strategy and manage a cross functional team of business stakeholders, technology primes and data scientists to bring this always OMNI channel journey to life.

Here's how
    •Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for your sales funnel •Use business analytics and intelligence tools to provide insights to create and drive change that improves the conversion rate of the funnel •Use a test and learn approach to continue to improve & evolve the funnel •Enable technologies that help TELUS become more automated, personalized, contextual, innovative, and anticipatory in the delivery your funnel •Identify and prioritize key opportunities within the customer journey and path to purchase •Provide updates on new program outcomes to key business stakeholders and executives •Act as a key though leader for journeys and conversion funnels at TELUS by maintaining an in-depth understanding on how journeys, new technology and data can have an impact on key metrics/measures

You are an out of the box thinker who can come up with new and innovative journey opportunities but you are also antically driven to ensure we are focusing on the right areas. You move fast and are eager to learn!
    •You have experience leading and developing cross channel marketing campaigns •With superior analytical skills, you can organize information and draw insights from data •Known for your strong project management work, having managed and delivered complex projects involving people, process, technology, and change •With exceptional communication and collaboration skills, you build solid relationships with stakeholders, and work with teams to consistently deliver on results •No challenge is too hard for you - you are willing to roll up your sleeves and work through difficult challenges and new paths never taken before •You are interested in digital technology and how that can change the way businesses interact with their customers •University degree or equivalent •5-7 years of equivalent experience
