The Senior Manager of Enterprise Data & Analytics leads the strategy, governance, and delivery of the firm's enterprise data platform. The role oversees the enterprise data lake, ensuring scalable data ingestion, transformation pipelines, and a governed medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold) that delivers high-quality, trusted, analytics-ready data for reporting, advanced analytics, and AI. The Senior Manager leads the Center of Excellence (COE) for Enterprise Analytics, establishing standards, reusable frameworks, and value measurement for business intelligence. This position ensures data integrity, operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making at scale.

The expected base salary range for this position is $106,500 to $156,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

What you will do
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for enterprise analytics, enabling successful delivery of business priorities
- Lead enterprise reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights; prioritize analytics use cases based on measurable business value
- Ensure scalable, reliable data ingestion and transformation pipelines, and maintain strong data governance, quality, security, and compliance practices, including master data management and enterprise data standardization
- Promote awareness and adoption of available enterprise analytics services, acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
- Champion data literacy and a data-driven culture, overseeing KPIs, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting
- Provide people leadership for the COE for Enterprise Analytics, including talent acquisition, performance management, and capability development
- Manage and maintain strategic relationships with external vendors and partners providing analytics platforms, tools, and specialist resources
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, analytics; including setting strategy, governing delivery, and operating a Centre of Excellence model
- Strong business partnership capability, with demonstrated experience collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable analytics solutions
- Experience leading technology enabled initiatives, including planning and overseeing the implementation and evolution of enterprise platforms, tools, and capabilities in a complex organization
- People and vendor leadership experience, including building and developing high performing teams, managing performance, and overseeing strategic relationships with external technology and service providers
