Brainhunter is currently seeking the services of a " Senior Financial Analyst " for a contract role with one of our Valued Clients.
Client Location: Toronto
Vacancy Status : Open/Existing
Working Environment: Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract
Hourly Compensation : Open to Negotiation. Final compensation will be negotiated between the contractor and recruiter based on experience and engagement terms.

Skills Required:
- • Reconciliation experience - preferably in financial services - could be any form of recons as the skills can be transferable but preferably in AR , AP , Interco and Bank recs
• Month end process experience including creating journal entries , supporting working papers
• Good communication skills both verbal and written - as will include communication with external vendors and service providers
• Strong ability to translate business transactions into journal entries and financial impact and clearly communicate this in summary format without being lost in the details
• Strong ability to ask questions without hesitation when not able to understand
• Strong Excel skills (vlookup, SumIf, pivot tables)
SAP ECC experience would be nice to have
• Actuals to budget and actuals to prior mth variance analysis - nice to have
• Understanding or experience with the telecom industry - nice to have
