SWIM Recruiting is partnering with a growing international technology company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its go-to-market (GTM) organization.
This is an opportunity to combine financial modelling, forecasting and commercial analysis while partnering directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations.

What – the Role
As Senior Financial Analyst, you'll work closely with commercial leaders to provide financial insights that support revenue growth, strategic investments and business performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations on financial planning and commercial decisions.
Build financial models, forecasts and business cases to evaluate growth opportunities and investments.
Support sales capacity planning, headcount forecasting, productivity analysis and resource allocation.
Analyze SaaS revenue drivers, recurring revenue metrics and go-to-market performance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for assigned business functions.
Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Improve financial planning processes, reporting and analytical tools.

You'll gain exposure to senior decision-makers and have the opportunity to directly influence how a growing SaaS business invests, scales and performs.

Who – the Candidate
We're seeking a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in SaaS FP&A.
The ideal candidate will bring:

Approximately 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance or commercial finance.
SaaS or subscription-based technology experience, with an understanding of recurring revenue and SaaS metrics.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and advanced Excel skills.
Experience translating financial analysis into actionable business recommendations.
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
A CPA, CFA or MBA, as required for this opportunity.

Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations or sales capacity planning would be particularly valuable.
We're also interested in strong SaaS FP&A professionals who want to expand their exposure to commercial finance and GTM strategy.

How Much
US Base Salary: $111,000–$131,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
For candidates in select higher-cost markets, including San Francisco, New York City and Boston, base salary may reach approximately $150,000 USD, subject to applicable geographic salary bands.
