What will your typical day look like?

• Support the People Operations team in delivering a business critical project by supporting Project and Change Management activities

• Ensure timeliness in accordance with the project plan and relevant status updates

• Be a process expert identifying continuous improvement opportunities

• Be an automation advocate and identify areas to leverage ServiceNow to its maximum capacity

• Support service delivery from Offshore teams

• Stakeholder management to ensure Strategy is converted to reality

• Support in building out Operational reporting and push it's adoption in the wider People team

You are someone with:

• Proven experience in HR with a broad knowledge of all HR Processes
• Project and Change Management experience
• Experience of working with ServiceNow is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience of building relationships globally with a variety of audiences
• Ability to balance the big picture and have attention to detail
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft tools
