We are seeking for a highly experience Senior Business Consultant with deep expertise in Capital Markets and a strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across asset classes. Skills/ Experience:

• 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst within a Tier 1 or 2 Investment Bank within Capital Markets. Experience with large projects, including designing and executing testing.
• Knowledge of the Capital Markets trade lifecycle: so from client order> execution fills > order confirmation> allocations/ allocation confirmation> settlements > corporate actions > reconciliations > exception management.
• Knowledge of CM traded products such as Equities, Bonds, FX & Options.
• Knowledge and experience of the role which Exchanges, CCPs and CSD's perform and how these enable efficient market processing - with a particular focus on NAM market infrastructure.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Writing documentation of all activities conducted by Capital Markets within Nesbitt Burns. These can be related to FX trading, retail notes, collateral management, institutional equity trading, etc.
• System Assessments for the over 300 systems owned by Capital Markets.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Working with other PODS on activities that relate to Capital Markets.
• Assisting with drafting Business Requirements.
• As the project moves into testing, will assist with creating testing strategies, test cases, executing and tracking test results.

Salary :

$92,400.00 - $171,600.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
