About this role:

We are looking for you to join our NEW Tooling & Insights team. Our mandate is to enable NEW ways of working by providing the right tooling stack, setup, configuration, and training required for successful adoption and sustainment. As a senior member of the team the individual will work with various senior business, risk, and technology delivery partners to bring this mandate to life. This role will provide opportunities to lead, plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy various tooling solutions in a cohesive manner.

Job Description

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead a diverse range of stakeholders, communicating effectively by adapting style and technique to a diverse audience
  • Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results
  • Provide recommendations and direction based on the end-to-end customer/colleague experience when making decisions
  • Lead and own various delivery enablement deliverables end to end to meet which meets the needs of the customer, employee, and business
  • Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience / stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes of deliverables for the business
  • Respond to inquiries and escalate concerns from stakeholders and partners at all levels in the organization
  • Identify and lead problem resolution to ensure customer/colleague needs are met
  • Successful adoption and sustainment of tooling solutions
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems while assessing options and recommendations for prompt resolution
  • Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations working closely with key business and technology partners
  • Define, document, requirements, user stories and/or specifications inclusive of acceptance criteria while considering non-functional requirements
  • Support testing by translating requirements, user stories and/or specifications into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
  • Support and contribute to Sprint Planning by participating in scoping and estimating work efforts, risk identification and mitigation measures, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Scrum Master and Product Owner
  • Participate in Sprint Reviews, gather feedback on deliverables produced and make the necessary changes to fulfill requirements and meet stakeholder expectations
  • Present to and engage with senior business and technology executive stakeholders to ensure their needs are satisfied
  • Run workshops required to identify problems, root cause analysis and brainstorming as it pertains to the end-to-end delivery life cycle
  • Train and present to large audiences across the organization
  • Support the development of tooling options including benefits identification, RFI/RFP and service level agreements with vendors/suppliers consistent with requirements/guidelines
  • Provide thought leadership on enabling various scaled agile activities and ceremonies virtually
  • Work with Business and Technology delivery partners to lead the setup of tooling solutions, providing coaching, and monitoring to achieve successful adoption
  • Develop content and provide support in the build out of training for tooling solutions


Requirements
Job Requirements
  • Undergraduate Degree, Graduate degree, and asset
  • 5-10 Years of business/technology delivery lead experience
  • Strong understanding and experience of the software development lifecycle
  • Vendor Management Experience
  • Business & Financial Acumen
  • 5-10 years DevOps experience
  • Advanced Jira Knowledge
  • Lean Sigma credentials and process engineering experience is an asset
  • RPA, UI Automation experience is an asset
  • 5 years Agile experience preferably large-scale enterprise transformation such as SAFe
  • 3-5 years coaching & training experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • 3-5 years of Software Engineering experience
  • Clarity PPM Tool experience is an asset
  • Proven Relationship Building skills at all levels
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong design skills to produce professional content
