Job Description

About This Role
We are looking for someone who is well-versed at providing specialized business management guidance and support, but also motivated to implement policies, processes and initiatives that meet TD's overarching business management, strategy and governance objectives. This role will support Identity and Access Management Workforce Engineering, creating and/or maintaining policies, audit controls and processes in support of the transition to our IAM new platform.
Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:

•Identify issues and opportunities, understand regulatory and audit Identity and Access Management requirements, and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams.
•Lead and coordinate the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and solutions across multiple functional areas.
•Collaborate with technology and business partners to complete all DIAMOND related internal and external audit activities and ensure artifacts/evidence are delivered within established SLAs
•Work closely with various audit, global controls and technology teams to understand audit requirements and provide analysis and artifacts to ensure the audit deliverables are in line with controls and standards
•Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional or enterprise level.
•Create and deliver presentations and communications geared to management or broader audience.
•Adhere to internal policies / procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
•Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility.
•Support development and/or/ implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

•Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
•5-7 years relevant experience.
•Ability to work independently as the senior analyst and subject matter expert, with strength in coaching and educating others effectively.
•Strong communicator with an ability to clearly articulate the business issue, supporting facts, and the rationale/business value for recommended solutions.
•Works effectively in a team environment and able to interact with all levels of personnel from various functional areas.
•Results-oriented, confident self-starter, relationship builder with the ability to obtain consensus among key stakeholders.
•Identity and Access Management experience is considered an asset.
•Full understanding of Visio, and business process mapping functions contained within.
•Proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow.
