Contributes to the overall success of the Audit Department globally by providing varied and confidential management and operational analysis in support and management of department initiatives by ensuring administrative projects assigned are effectively carried out.


  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Accountable for the analysis, reconciliation and report preparation are delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for design and updates of SharePoint and other Audit sites (e.g., training curriculum):
    • Arrange and coordinate logistical support to the Audit Training and the Audit Learning Curriculum Program with various on-line sessions, lunch and learns and accurate maintenance of records/logs.
    • Supports various department-wide projects by ensuring maintenance and uploading of presentation materials/communication to the Audit Virtual Office site.
    • Supports the Audit Planning dashboards by preparing and analyzing data from audit system download.
    • Provide recommendations around maintenance process and opportunities to improve the SharePoint and other Audit sites.
  • Support of major transformation initiatives within audit:
    • Develop and maintain process mapping for new initiatives and for efficiency projectse.g., records retention project, budget process, etc.
    • Assist in developing, generating, and monitoring of various metrics to assess the effectiveness of various transformation projects.
    • Plan, coordinate and maintain virtual and in person New Hire Onboarding Sessions.
  • Preparation and maintenance of various Audit Management dashboards and budget reporting:
    • Collaborating with the Manager, Administration & Projects to maintain monthly and quarterly management dashboards.
    • Assists in the review, analysis and preparation of Audit resources reporting tools e.g., monthly/quarterly Operations Report, Global Organization Chart, etc.
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level for the Audit Professional Practice Team as required.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Education / Experience / Other Information

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written); make group presentations
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or pursuing education in related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the analytics field
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Sound knowledge of business/bank terminology and departmental procedures
  • High level of accuracy required for all tasks.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Work independently under pressure
