SAP SAC / Analytics Senior Manager

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. • Preferred in Toronto, but this role has the option of being based out of our Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver or Montreal offices

Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a SAP SAC / Analytics Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Participating globally and re-use/ develop locally thought leadership around use of SAC
•Participating in business development activities (presentations, proposals, etc)
•Coaching others, recognising their strengths, and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal development
•Supporting teams by resolving issues which prevent them from working effectively
•Analysing complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
•Using multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
•Taking responsibility for the quality of work to meet firm's/client's expectations
•Using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
•Developing a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
•Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
•Simplifying complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points
•Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Proven experience in transcribing and transposing technical information into business language and vice versa
• Experienced in facilitating discussions with senior management
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP SAC solutions with demonstrated proficiency in connecting SAC to multiple SAP modules and Business Warehouse (BW) and other data sources
• Experience in consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger projects or leading medium sized SAP consulting engagements with SAC and Business Objects product suite
• Must have been engaged on at least three SAP SAC implementations that required complex analysis, design, development and implementation skills
• Strong SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) experience would be considered a strong asset in lieu of SAC experience
• Experience with SAP Digital Boardroom would be an advantage
• Proven track record ofsuccess as a team leader and coach
• Fluent in French and English would be an asset
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
