Job Description

About This Role

We are looking for someone to embrace a broad range of tasks associated with developing application and systems solutions to address business challenges.
  • Help enable citizen developers from across TDS to deliver process automations to drive successful adoption and increase consumption of RPA products in TDS
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows and create reusable components
  • Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and help guide the development of RPA solutions around them
  • Deliver practical and hands-on technical training on RPA products and best practices as well as technical training demos and support for new/existing Automation Hub community members
  • Support existing automations/processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required based on a deep understanding of the TDS RPA ecosystem
  • Learn and utilize exciting new technologies and how they integrate with RPA tools
  • Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the RPA citizen developer ecosystem
  • Ensure internal control processes are adequate and documented appropriately
  • Liaise closely with FO, Operations, Finance, Change Delivery, MRMD, technology groups, audit/control partners, and other stakeholders to assist in meeting the Bank's objectives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team
  • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units
  • Provide RPA business analysis and design expertise and support, including process discovery and assessment workshops to shape best-fit RPA solutions
  • Review features and capabilities of RPA products and services with customers and partners in context of specific use case(s) and problem statement(s)
  • Develop/review automation business cases to optimize promise-to-delivery ratio and create automation pipeline to accelerate RPA adoption and live bot count
  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training to understudies

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Advanced knowledge of RPA tools, relevant programming languages, and best practice for processes & procedures
  • Works as the senior or lead developer and coaches/guides team members within area of expertise
  • Resolves highly complex and multifaceted development related problems
  • Establish an environment that promotes respect for individual employee and adheres to the policies and guidelines of the Bank.
  • Direct, train and develop peers to enable them to meet challenges, department objectives and achieve full potential.
  • Provide leadership, direction, advice and guidance to the team, to consistently maintain high levels of integrity, motivation and morale. This should encompass all aspects of people development including appropriate mentoring, coaching, and ongoing evaluation of staff performance and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the candidate will be called upon to demonstrate leadership in the team
  • Must be highly competent in application or implementation support domain.
  • Process oriented with good presentation and articulation skills.
  • RPA with UiPath Experience.
  • Strong communication and Innovative thinking are welcomed.
  • Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or another quantitative discipline.
