Our Risk Management Generalist - Client Services team focuses on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage clients regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.\n\nThe C&D Risk and Quality (R&Q) team has a mandate to protect PwC's reputation and enhance the Firm's profitability by enabling C&D to effectively manage risk and deliver with quality. The members of our team have an extensive track record of delivering complex and significant projects and are now focused on supporting the business in delivering quality services to our clients and effective risk management through the engagement life cycle. We engage with the business through various structured processes, such as the Consulting Project Acceptance Committee (ConPAC), Commercial Review Panel (CRP), engagement reviews, and informal processes such as risk consultation discussions on new and ongoing files.
Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a Risk & Quality Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing Operational support for the R&Q function
• Coordinate workflow for higher risk engagement reviews at ConPAC and CRP: monitor submissions pipeline, keep the review committee(s) members informed of new submissions, check completeness of the documents submitted for review, liaise with the submitters to request documents or inform of the review status, schedule calls, take notes and support reviews, as required
• Maintaining team's internal collaboration site: prepare templates for documenting the internal review notes, file guidance notes, update reviewer's job aids
• Monitoring team's mailbox and respond to queries from Consulting practitioners about the higher risk engagement review process, timelines and requirements
• Coordinating R&Q team meetings and assist with planning of team events
• Supporting development and maintenance of R&Q process documentation
• Assisting with data extracts from various systems in support of R&Q reporting requirements
• When needed, raising technology support requests with IT Help Desk
• Supporting the R&Q Awareness Program by drafting risk alerts and other ad hoc communications
• Supporting training sessions for business practitioners
• Supporting maintenance of R&Q intranet content
• Participating in internal Risk and Quality team projects
• Supporting development of project documentation and project execution
• Participating in testing of R&Q applications

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve:

• Several years of experience in a team or project delivery role supporting various programs and stakeholders
• Committed to providing excellent client service with an open mind and positive attitude
• Solid organizational, planning and time management skills with attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Curious and interested in PwC's consulting services
• Demonstrated technical skills in Google G Suite & Salesforce
• Technical skills in Visio, PowerBI would be an asset
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
