Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist to assist with technical troubleshooting and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure smooth operations of our remote infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with system setup, software installation, and updates.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly implemented.
- Support e-commerce platform functionality and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and troubleshooting.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve IT efficiency.
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems, remote access tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware/software maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
