We are seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist to assist with technical troubleshooting and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure smooth operations of our remote infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with system setup, software installation, and updates.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly implemented.
Support e-commerce platform functionality and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and troubleshooting.
Document IT processes, solutions, and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve IT efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems, remote access tools, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware/software maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
