Job Overview:We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative based in Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:-
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, account issues, and technical support.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following through to ensure resolution.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and confirm issues have been resolved.

Provide customers with product knowledge and guidance to enhance their experience.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Participate in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and company policies.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles is preferred.
