In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, the Regional Manager Cloud Business Solutions and Workflow Automation will lead the deployment, implementation, maintenance of Northern Health (NH) Business Solutions, focusing on cloud adoption. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, improving service delivery, and fostering innovation. The manager will collaborate with IMIT, operations, and business teams to identify automation opportunities, oversee the deployment of automation technologies, and ensure that solutions meet the organization's strategic objectives and compliance standards. This role will also support the implementation of the NExT (Northern Health enterprise Transformation) project.

Starting salary will be approximately from $102,938 to $128,673 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• A Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline plus seven (7) years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment, (preferably healthcare), including responsibility for operations at an enterprise level or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience with data management including linkage, analysis, interpretation and data systems.
• Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to the enterprise data asset management.
• Experience with project leadership and/or PMP certification a definite asset.

Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to supervise.
• Collaborative team player oriented towards work relationships.
• Good understanding of the thorough Application Life Cycle and understanding of ITIL methodologies.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of NH personnel, including management and support staff, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-computer users with a high degree of comprehension.
• Excellent analytical skills to assist with the determination of technical issues (hardware and software) and to initiate their resolution.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to write programs in a variety of programming languages.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
