Position: RBC & Simcoe Loading Dock Team Lead
Status : Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800-1600
Pay Rate: $21.84/hr
Posting: September 18th 2026

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the loading dock team.
• Coordinate loading dock operations, deliveries, and contractor access.
• Maintain a strong customer service presence while interacting with tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with building management, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding loading dock activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of the loading dock area and address operational concerns.
• Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a strong command and fluency in the English language both written and verbal
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment both indoors and outdoors as required.
• Must demonstrate high attention to detail / observational awareness
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence and the ability to work productively and efficiently in a team
• An outstanding teammate with strong interpersonal skills.

First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
Valid Security License
