As a Project Manager - Infrastructure Management (Water & Wastewater), you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that protect communities, enhance resilience, and advance sustainable water solutions across municipal and industrial environments.
Your Impact

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation through close-out.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and external partners, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, tools, and governance.
• Support mentoring and development of junior project managers and technical staff.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Proven experience managing water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects within consulting or municipal environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset management, rehabilitation, and lifecycle planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts for medium-to-large projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks related to water and wastewater systems.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: 99700$ à 132700$
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
