Do you have records management, data entry or administrative experience? Are you seeking project-based work? Join our project roster!

What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte's Legal Project Solutions group is actively seeking administrative and data entry professionals to assist with an upcoming project in the legal space. Project work will vary but tasks will include:
  • supporting Project Managers with records management tasks;
  • reviewing and organizing a variety of electronic file types;
  • conducting data entry and data validation checks with a keen attention to detail;
  • extracting critical information from electronic records; and
  • providing general administrative support.

Our team conducts project-based work using a roster of independent contractors or temporary employees under the supervision of our experienced Project Managers. Our projects vary in length from a few weeks to several months. Roster members commit to work on a project-by-project basis and hours are flexible. Compensation is on an hourly basis. Please note that all roster members must pass a Canadian criminal background check.

You are someone with:
  • 1-2 years of administrative or records management work experience
  • An undergraduate degree in any field, with preference given to programs involving a co-op requirement.
  • The capacity to review large volumes of data with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • An aptitude for learning new technology platforms quickly
  • Highly effective written communication skills
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • A reliable remote work set-up, including a laptop/desktop computer and access to a secured high-speed internet connection
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality of information

We are currently recruiting with individuals who are available for remote project work from October to January 2023 . Remote work must be conducted from within Canada. Exceptional candidates will be able to work in both English and French.
