WSP Canada is hiring a Project/Office Administrator to join our Power Delivery team within ERI. Based in our downtown Toronto office at 2 Bloor Street East, this in-office role is ideal for someone whose coordination and organizational strengths help keep office operations and project objectives running smoothly. You will serve as a central point of contact for office administration while supporting a range of project and team deliverables.
Your Impact
  • Enable project success by maintaining trackers, dashboards, and status reports that keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Support project delivery through high-quality document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive team efficiency by coordinating meetings, developing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
  • Strengthen information management by maintaining SharePoint sites with accurate document organization, version control, and stakeholder access.
  • Enhance workplace experience through day-to-day office administration, including reception support, meeting coordination, and office logistics.
  • Facilitate seamless operations by coordinating travel, managing expense reconciliation, and maintaining administrative records and systems.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires are equipped with workspace, tools, and access from day one.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • College diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or a project-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote) to support documentation and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently or within a team.
  • Experience with document control, SharePoint, and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, ProjectWise), along with exposure to invoicing or expense reconciliation, is an asset.
