As a Product Specialist on Device Services you will join the Device Programs team, part of the Product Marketing & Value Creation team. The Device Programs team owns the end-to-end strategy and P&L for strategic programs such as Certified Pre-Owned, Bring it Back, Extended Warranty, Device Support/Checkup App and Trade-in. We work with internal and external stakeholders to drive some of the fastest growing programs across TELUS and strive to provide compelling and affordable products and services for our customers.

•Support Certified Pre-Owned device forecasting, channel allocation, and processes to enable device intake from different supply sourcesQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Collaborate with primes in forward and reverse logistics to support inventory management in channels across TELUS, Koodo & Public Mobile
•Work with other business primes to support processes that enable them to meet CPO demand requirements
•Prime for triaging, tracking and reporting of CPO supply to help provide executive updates on multiple device programs
•You have strong problem identification skills and outstanding ability to use analytics to distill insights that allow you to make thoughtful, strategic recommendations Great-to-haves
•You have solid business acumen and an understanding of key performance measures
•You are curious and possess the ability to probe, ask, and dig to better understand our customers and business partners
•You are an effective communicator and can tell a compelling data driven story in verbal and written form, including presentations
•You are resilient, flexible and adaptable; you appreciate that failure and setbacks are a natural way to learn and grow
•1-2 years of equivalent experience or an Undergraduate degree in Business or Math
