About the Role
• Ensures merchandise is displayed according to planograms, confirm ad set, price changes, and clean and bright • Monitors and oversees employee performance, provides input to scheduling and review schedule for accuracy and potential conflicts • Train and coach department employees, assess skills and knowledge of each team member, complete customer service evaluations, and prepare for and conduct team meetings • Support and assist in achievement of loss prevention objectives by confirming all product has appropriate loss prevention tags or stickers • Assist the manager with shipping/receiving department to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment/transfer of product to and from store along with all aspects of building maintenance • Maintains accurate inventory records and reconciles perpetual inventory records to physical inventory levels
