Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner / Product Manager to lead key components of our digital eCommerce platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and exceptional communication skills to bridge business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in an agile environment and leverage data-driven insights to shape and prioritize the product roadmap.
This role is Full time Temporary for 18 months.

What you'll do:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for assigned areas of the eCommerce platform, aligned with business goals and digital sales targets.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and data insights, balancing short-term results with long-term platform evolution.
- Build business cases and define success metrics for product initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue and engagement goals.
- Communicate the "why" behind roadmap decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Agile Delivery
- Act as the Product Owner in agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Lead a cross-functional squad (developers, designers, analysts, QA) through Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles.
- Act as the squad's product lead, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability around shared goals and deliverables.
- Maintain a clear, actionable product backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development squads to ensure timely delivery.
- Business & Technical Translation
- Translate business requirements into actionable digital features or enhancements, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
- Interpret technical constraints and communicate them effectively to business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Provide actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity to enhance the digital experience and improve KPIs, such as engagement, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Connect the dots across multiple data sources to tell a compelling story.
- Design and develop A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement of marketing strategies and digital experiences
- Use insights to justify prioritization and influence stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including KPIs, ROI, and market trends
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on product goals and progress.
What you bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is an asset.
- 3+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership within digital platforms. Experience with eCommerce platforms is an asset.
- Proven experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience with JIRA for managing workflows, sprint planning, backlog refinement
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Dynatrace, Power BI).
- Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
