Department Overview Personalization Analytics is a newly formed team in ED&A with an enterprise scope, whose role is to create a set of analytical capabilities that will enable internal partners to provide more personalized outcomes that will ultimately impact TD customers and treat them more uniquely
Job Details About this Role • Partner cross-functionally to support the delivery of a product vision
• Ensure team collaboration with partners on business problems/issues and provide fact-based analytical advice that aligns to strategy and drives shareholder value
• Work autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized business management function and may provide work direction to others
• Provide top-tier specialized knowledge, advice and/or mentorship to various partners and team members
• Present and communicate generated insights and recommended business actions to stakeholders/ business leaders in an easily digestible manner
• Act as the primary point of contact with business to bridge and translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs for a given domain/business
• Build and apply positive working partnerships to constructively influence and inspire partners where appropriate
• Serve as an authority on a given business domain and provide business expertise to place context around analytics discovery and inform recommendations
• Call out data/process related problems and communicate to relevant teams in a timely manner and make recommendations for resolution
• Provides day-to-day support and delivery of analytics
• Build insights solutions end to end (from initial demand to results/recommendation presentation) ranging in complexity

Job Requirements What can you bring to TD? This role requires a combination of technical skills, project management, and interpersonal skills:
Technical Skills:
• High Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• High Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Interpersonal Skills:
• Flexibility and resilience to execute in an agile environment, including the ability to adapt and manage changing priorities
• Analytical and intellectually curious, seeking to understand root causes
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong presentation and communication skills
Additional information
Education and Accreditation
• Post-secondary degree is required.
• A Master's degree is considered to be an asset.
• Nice to have: experience with marketing campaign analytics, pricing, credit, distribution, project management
