As Product Manager, play a pivotal role in the market success of TELUS Cybersecurity by monitoring trends in the cyber security services market, capturing the voice of customer and gathering competitive intelligence to better manage our security products and services life cycle.
As a member of the Product management Team, you take part in TELUS Security service roadmap planning, build financial business models for new services and ensure market success by defining the go to market plan and training for our sales team. Moreover, you are a champion on developing new opportunities and driving them to commercial success in close collaboration with other product managers, DevOps and sales teams.Here's how
•Full-life cycle product planning, including processes, operations, support, pricing, service level agreements, terms and conditions, marketing programs, training, sales collateral and presentations, webinars and profit & loss managementQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Taking part in strategic pipeline planning for new product development including the definition, sourcing, marketing, logistics, and product development
•Developing a deep understanding of emerging global trends and technologies by leveraging competitive landscape research, gathering voice of customer and analyzing market reports to create winning business cases
•Taking part in cross functional teams across all business units (such as Professional Services, Product Management, Secure Operations Center and Product Management teams) to translate new product ideas and strategies into successful businesses, by utilizing expert leadership skills and gaining alignment behind these initiatives through the effective influencing of stakeholders
•Assessing the economic, competitive, and technical analysis of emerging products and solutions to support growth initiatives
•Managing the capital envelope associated with given project and/or initiative (including measurement of project performance and ROI)
•With your 2+ years of product management experience in a technology focused vertical Great-to-haves
•Acknowledged for your solid IT Security knowledge (governance, risk, compliance, technical, operations, deployment)
•Valued for your visionary approach
•Recognized for your excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
•Great sense of team collaboration
•Experience with financial modelling and building compelling business cases
•Understanding of emerging MDR (managing detection and response) solutions, Cloud based security, security risk management, information event management (SIEM), next generation firewall, threat intelligence, endpoint detection & prevention, identity and access management or similar security technologies Who is TELUS?
