The Small Business Solutions (SBS) - Mobility Marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS. Our team has direct responsibility, or supporting leadership, for all '4 Ps' of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy, results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of Product Manager - Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) Programs & Upsell. This is a critical role that's entrusted to drive Roaming, Data & base ARPU growth through customer insights and analytics, as well as channel/operations feedback.

The role will be focused on driving wireless ARPU growth by developing and implementing programs to maximize net revenue and increase feature penetration among SBS mobility postpaid clients. You will be responsible for continuously identifying different revenue generating opportunities by working in collaboration with key stakeholders from the marketing, care & channel teams.

Here's how
    •Develop the SBS base upsell strategy; implementing programs to grow wireless ARPU while supporting national and regional strategic priorities; main areas of focus will be driving Roaming, Data, & Features penetration as well as determining and managing base policies & programs such as migrations, mid contract & mobility recoveries •Work collaboratively with stakeholders across TELUS to develop and launch campaigns & programs that are timely, relevant, and effective while ensuring strategy aligns with overall organizational profitability and frictionless customer experience objectives •Review and analyze campaign metrics, making changes as required to maximize campaign profitability & effectiveness •Adapt to & implement a fast fail approach that supports rapid learning and the ability to quickly scale up wins •Maintain a perpetual funnel of ideas and in-flight programs that drives ARPU on an ongoing basis

    •Analytically minded with strong ability to dissect large sets of data to identify trends and patterns, and build complex business cases •Ability to work with ambiguity and take a hypothesis-driven approach to uncover business insights and deliver pragmatic recommendations supported by analytics •Able to influence decisions and gain alignment across broad stakeholder groups with diverse needs •Proven ability to perform project retrospective analysis and adjust strategy to improve targeting and effectiveness of programs •Expert in managing projects, analyzing data, reviewing performance and presenting findings to the executive audience •Strong team player with the ability to work cross functionally with other teams in a collaborative manner •Excel in multitasking and managing multiple projects and programs efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    •Strong business and financial acumen accompanied by excellent analytical skills •Understanding of concepts of direct marketing, segmentation, lifecycle management & marketing analytics •Good understanding of wireless technology, mobility products and services & Canadian telecommunications industry •Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office applications, particularly Excel & PowerPoint •Undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an asset •Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or telecommunication environment, preferably in direct marketing •Strong understanding, evaluation & interpretation of marketing measurement metrics
