What will your typical day look like?
Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers working on high-potential assets
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management stream
Product Strategy and Execution
• Oversee the product lifecycle for multiple high-potential assets, from conception to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with Incubation, Marketing, Engineering and Design streams to ensure alignment and synergy across all product initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to champion product-led growth strategies
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with our firm's overall business objectives
Practice Development
• Build and enhance the practice of Product Management within the organization. Drive thought leadership and change management to bring more awareness to best in class practices
• Create and maintain templates, best practices, and recommendations for optimal product development, product strategy, product analytics and market analysis
• Establish and refine processes to ensure efficient and effective product management across all assets
• Identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation
Investment Committee Support
• Advise potential assets preparing for Investment Committee presentations
• Assist in developing compelling funding requests and presentations
• Provide expert product insights to support investment decisions

In Nova, our ambition is to transform high-potential assets into market-leading products across all industries by providing comprehensive investment, market validation, development, and commercialization support. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Management Lead to oversee our Product Management team, and drive the development of high-potential assets for our firm. This role is critical in shaping our product strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that achieve market fit and drive growth.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Experience in preparing and presenting business case proposals
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desired Skills:
• Experience in a venture capital or startup incubator environment
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital product trends
• MBA or relevant advanced degree

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
