Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Printing and Shipping Manager to lead our printing and shipping operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily production and distribution process, ensuring printed materials are produced accurately, orders are fulfilled on time, and shipments are delivered efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee the daily operations of the printing and shipping departments.

Plan, coordinate, and prioritize print production and shipping schedules.

Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

Monitor inventory levels for printing supplies, packaging materials, and shipping resources.

Ensure all printed materials meet quality specifications before shipment.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and shipping carriers to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Maintain accurate production, shipping, and inventory records.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety standards, and shipping regulations.

Resolve operational issues and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, operations, or a related field is considered an asset.

Previous experience in printing, shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or production management.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with computer systems and inventory or shipping software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management is an asset.
