The Business Customer Experience (BCX) Customer Value & Profitability Performance Analyst, will work with stakeholders to support reporting and data analytics that highlight opportunities for our teams, processes and customer journey.

•Be responsible for network service management reporting for large Enterprise contractsQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Prepare monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports for both TELUS and client executives
•Source and structure relevant data; measure, monitor, and analyze SLA performance in order to recommend strategies to prevent SLA violations
•Deliver key operational review reporting and internal measures to address hourly, daily, weekly, monthly client requirements as required (e.g. utilizing dashboards and KPIs)
•Analyze performance and results to provide insights and recommendations for both client experience and business/performance processes improvements
•Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with strong story telling ability Great-to-haves
•An exceptional eye for detail is critical. Able to discern for gaps and errors in large data sets
•Ability to translate data to analysis to insight to recommendations
•Strong interpersonal, planning and organizing skills.
•You have the aptitude to consult and communicate with various levels of management
•You have a reputation for achieving established performance objectives, ability to work independently and deliver strong results
•Known as a continuous learner with a passion for technology and data
•Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
•Understanding of TELUS Business Solutions systems & tools, products and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and end-to-end processes Professional designation and experience
•Experience with BI tools such as Python, Google Data Studio, or Microsoft Business Intelligence (SQL)
•Degree in Information Management, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines A bit about us
