As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of one or more managed services contracts for Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring performance standards and service levels are met. You'll be part of a team that helps deliver high quality, client service excellence and operational efficiency.
You will be interacting with individuals of varying titles and skill sets as well as with the Consulting technology competency groups. This position is fast paced and growth-oriented, and you will be part of a hardworking team that encourages career development, collaboration, and work-life balance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Own all service delivery aspects of the assigned clients - including financials, governance, service management and reporting, delivery, risk management, resource management and stakeholder management•Understand and manage client contracts, contractual obligations and SLAs•Bring domain expertise and Oracle Cloud experience to share industry best practices, drive service improvement, standardization, automation, and consolidation•Coach and mentor team members and be responsible for their performance enable their career progression•Build relationships with key stakeholders including traveling to the client office in the GTA when needed and act as an escalation point•General weekly and monthly service reports and share chair service review meetings•Monitor and manage ticket dashboards to ensure workloads are balanced•Release planning and management•Contribute to business development - including RFP's, engagement risk activities, contract drafting, etc.Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
•An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work•A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives•A minimum 8 years of overall experience in IT, of which at least 5 years are service delivery management of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications•Experience running managed services engagements with distributed teams, including onboarding and transition services•A broad functional and technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications•Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate a team to provide innovative solutions that deliver excellent customer service•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create simple but compelling action plans Ability to translate and articulate complex issues in an easy to understand manner•Ability to drive operational excellence through people, processes, and tools, and to identify ways to improve the overall Service performance through change implementation•Knowledge of Agile and/or ITIL processes and experience in applying them to the operation of support services•Experience managing a diverse set of stakeholders•Good presentations skills and experience chairing steering committee or service review meetings•Problem solver who can manage a team through daily and crisis situations with a rational approach, mature judgment and clear coordination of tasks•Any of the following certifications are desirable - ITIL V4 foundations, Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc), Oracle Fusion related•A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.Why you'll love PwC
