The Opportunity:
The Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Architect will be responsible for the delivery of the PPM solution for the organization in accordance with the global design principles. The leader will work closely with global process leads and process owners to ensure timely delivery of the solution with emphasis on simplification and operational efficiencies.

What you can expect to do here:
- Participate in solution architecture and functional/technical activities for the PPM track through the implementation process, including data migrations, solution design & testing
- Participate in all cutover activities and provide post go-live support
- Proficiency in JIRA delivery management system
- Drive the solution and process design with Subject Matter Experts to achieve the target state
- Work closely with the Global process lead and Lead Architect to translate the vision into processes leveraging the "Fusion in the box capabilities"
- Strong collaboration skills, to ensure appropriate involvement of all relevant parties and stakeholders into the process design
- Conduct and lead requirements gathering and fit/gap workshops
- Lead and support major milestones like CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover and Hypercare
- Accountable for ensuring cross-functional alignment with all processes in scope and identifying interdependencies on technical and functional tracks
- Work with system integrator on system configurator to support business goals and objectives
- Ensure appropriate mechanism is in place within the team to maintain the integrity, integrality, and repudiation of the data transfer
- Build test scenarios, test cases for functional testing
- Partner with system integrator on the solution design and delivery
- Work with the OCM (Organizational Change Management) team on developing relevant content and support overall change management activities.
What you'll bring to WSP:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or other related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 12+ years in Project Management, Operations or Project Accounting, sub-ledger, tax, intercompany and experience in project reporting is a must.
- Experience in Project Execution Management, Project Financial Management and Project Billing processes is a must.
- Cross-functional understanding of Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and accounting domain is critical for this role.
- Experience in delivering large scale ERP implementations is a must.
- International delivery experience is a huge plus, background in statutory and localization requirements is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and functional judgment
- Experience and creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems
- Experience managing a team, multiple tasks & priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve complex problems using interpolative thought processes, an orderly approach to decision making.
- Ability to influence others to gain support, and actively work to implement improvements in issue resolution processes.
- Oracle Fusion/Cloud experience
