Full job description

Position requires the ability to multitask and have a great command of spoken and written English. The right candidate must be proficient with; Quick Books On-Line, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.…..) , have experience in bookkeeping/accounting, must also be detail oriented and organized. Exposure in the construction trades the would be helpful but not essential. Only qualified applicant as per the above will be reviewed and considered. Position is open to both, or part time seekers. 

Duties will include:

- General Office Duties
-Bookkeeping
-Payroll
-A/P
-A/R
-Y/E
-Reconciling
-Invoicing, filing

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
