The National Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Advisory marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns to support our Advisory practice national priorities. The National Marketing Specialist is responsible for advancing the execution of marketing plans, using multiple marketing tactics and channels, with the support of shared creative teams, and in close collaboration with the firm's marketing networks across other business functions, industries, and geographies.

What you will do
  • Support the Advisory marketing team to execute marketing plans for the purposes of brand building, relationship development and demand / lead generation
  • Develop relationships and collaborate closely with other national and regional marketing teams, in-house agency teams, media / PR teams, and Advisory practitioners to enhance Advisory marketing campaign efforts
  • Support the implementation of Advisory marketing priorities across a variety of channels, including website, social media, digital campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, thought leadership, and newsletters
  • Create, develop and manage content for Advisory services webpages and internal portals
  • Drive the production of promotional assets including social media posts, imagery, event invitations, digital ads, product sheets, etc. to effectively disseminate our content
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns using the firm-wide CRM system
  • Participate in initiatives to help advance collaboration across functions, industries, and regions to share and leverage best practices and improve overall marketing efficiencies
What you bring to the role
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or sales environment; a demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed organization, preferably within a professional services firm
  • Innovative / Growth mindset
  • Strong digital marketing and social media expertise demonstrated in a business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and technical writing skills
  • Self-directed individual with an eagerness to excel who is accustomed to a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented with track record of achieving goals; strong implementation capability
  • Collaborative with the ability to work effectively with a number of different levels in the organization
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships and deliver quality service and value to internal stakeholders with professionalism
  • Must be a highly detail-oriented, organized, self-starter who is eager to develop professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office; Experience using various Webinar, CRM, Email marketing platforms is an asset

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
