The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in diverse projects which offer experience in different marketing areas, such as event management and evaluation, account-based marketing workshops, campaign coordination, web promotions, sales enablement, and marketing material production and coordination.

Job Description:

  • Lead internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, coordinate, and execute an integrated event strategy including industry events such as trade shows, customer workshops, sales conferences, and Incognito user conference  that ensures a solid event ROI. This may include leveraging external outreach agencies to secure meetings with target prospects.
  • Lead the management and coordination of the company’s annual user event which attracts global customers over 2-3 days, including bootcamp coordination, agency and speaker management, customer registration and logistics
  • Work with the marketing, sales, as well as external outreach teams to coordinate and manage customer meetings at company-led events
  • Manage and coordinate the production of some external communications material such as case studies, blogs, product brochures, presentations and email campaigns
  • Be a focal point for sales enablement and supporting field sales with relevant materials and assets to support the sales process
  • Aiding in planning and coordinating the company’s marketing goals and objectives
  • Collect and capture stakeholder input, analyze results, and evaluate both internal and industry events
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing event and program outcomes
  • Manage numerous external vendors including events, swag, design coordination - this includes managing contracts, pricing negotiation and timelines
  • Perform data collection and analysis duties related to the integrated event strategy and maintain the accuracy and consistency of event data in Salesforce
  • Coordinate the production and dissemination of swag and custom assets for sales engagement for different buying centers within our target customers

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, majoring in Communications, Business Administration (Marketing)
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Passion for software and ability to understand highly technical concepts quickly
  • Ability to perform as part of a team as well as individually, including supporting remote colleagues based around the globe
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to clearly communicate and manage deadlines and priorities
  • Proven project management skills are a key requirement
  • Good analytical and research skills
  • Experience in tradeshow/ and event project coordination
  • Experience in working external vendors including managing contractual commitments and timelines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Google Drive suite
  • Detail oriented but also grasp the impact of each marketing activity to the overall marketing goal
  • Experience in working with marketing automation platforms such as SalesForce Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot
  • Experience working with SalesForce
  • Some travel may be required
