Our Global Infrastructure Advisory team in Toronto is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

As Manager / Senior Manager, Deal Advisory - Infrastructure Investments , you will provide a range of transaction support and financial due diligence services on behalf of our infrastructure investor clients.

What you will do

  • Advise pension funds, private equity, and corporate investor clients on the full investment lifecycle for their infrastructure assets
  • Help our clients identify risks and opportunities and drive value from their infrastructure investments through transaction support and financial due diligence services, with a forward-thinking and innovative approach to deal planning and execution
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of our business

At times business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a deals / transactions work environment
  • Must have direct experience leading and delivering financial due diligence engagements
  • A passion for infrastructure assets
