We're seeking an experienced business development professional to extend our national network through the discovery and exploration of new business opportunities and relationships. The incumbent will be trusted to jump in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build our brand. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person, will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company's vision.

Here's how
    •Lead sales and business development efforts in Ontario
    •Create, manage and execute targeted programs to generate new revenue
    •Grow presence in the marketplace by participating and taking a leadership role in industry events, conferences and other relationship-building opportunities
    •Develop differentiated and compelling communication material
    •Effectively deliver dynamic presentations to groups of decision makers
    •Build and manage a funnel of target prospects from large and medium sized enterprises
    •Qualify and prioritize leads; identify key decision makers, develop tailored strategies based on a knowledge of the dynamics within each prospect organization, and determine whether there is available budget
    •Work collaboratively as part of a team of business development and client service professionals to ensure optimal coordination for client pursuits
    •Negotiate and execute contracts for virtual care services


Qualifications:


Required Experience/Skillset
    •10+ years of progressive sales and client development experience with a proven ability to grow revenue of a new product in the group insurance, health and wellness benefits and/or HR solutions space
    •Large enterprise client development and relationship management experience
    •Sensitivity to the dynamics of relationships between insurance carriers, benefits consultants, and insurance industry channel partners such as brokers third party administrators
    •Capability of adapting business development strategies to fast-evolving market trends and company goals
    •Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
