Job Description
As a Manager, you will manage all integration related work against each pillar of the governance and controls (G&C) workstreams including 1B standards, Compliance, Operational Risk Management programs, Business Resilience and Incident management, AML, BCM, Access Management, ESG and Privacy. Liaises between team members, cross functional teams across various geographies, business and technology stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, meeting plans and associated change activities related to our integrations with FHN and Cowen Inc. are planned, communicated and delivered. Works with IMO to align FHN business units to the G&C program. Identifies gaps and ensures centralized leadership to identify and manage business unit changes.

•Lead and manage 1B coverage including review, challenge, implementation, training, monitoring for day-to-day 1B activities and integration activities
•Develop comprehensive project documentation and apply governance
•Developing scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
•Responsible for oversight of project plan, risk and issues log, and reporting for assigned workstreams
•Able to lead working groups, facilitate meetings, ensure alignment to program goals, identify and mitigate risks as they arise
•Collaborates with other Integration Project Managers to closely manage cross-workstream dependencies
•Provide business analysis, support definition of strategy, and general change management functions as needed
•Ensures stream artifacts are preserved in accordance with program governance standards
•Provide consultation to executives and senior leaders on project risks and mitigation strategies as necessary
•Indirectly manages a cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable to the project

Requirements
• Understands the fundamentals of project management, preferably within the context of Capital Markets, in a large, complex organization
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to facilitate effective meetings with working group team members
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate delivery risk
• Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and tools including Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to make business decisions based upon sound judgement

Qualifications
• University degree or equivalent
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation an asset
• CFA or FRM designation an asset
