What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Technology Asset Management practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and delivering impactful solutions to our clients. Your day will involve:
• Overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of complex technology asset management solutions.
• Leading and mentoring teams of consultants and senior consultants, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Engaging directly with client executives and senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges, shape asset management strategies, and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Applying deep domain expertise to design, implement, and optimize asset management frameworks, software licensing, automation solutions, and compliance programs.
• Leveraging advanced data analytics to identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts with internal and client teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals.
• Driving practice growth through business development, proposal creation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance Deloitte's offerings and client value.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices across all projects.

• Develop and implement emerging asset management technology, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on technology assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement processes.
• Utilize various industry-standard asset management tools and software to effectively track and manage technology assets throughout their ever-evolving lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:
•Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex technology asset management projects.
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
•Deep understanding of technology asset management, key vendor software licensing terms and agreements, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
•Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
•Demonstrated ability to drive business development, contribute to practice growth, and manage client relationships.
•Experience with asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera) and related certifications (IAITAM).
•Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies for large organizations.
•Expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards.
•Proven track record in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
•Strong background in project delivery and program management.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
