We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Manager, Targeted Mapping. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Wireless Analytics, the successful candidate willbe responsible fortranslating offer strategy into precise, scalable, andtimelyoffer mapping execution. This individual will work closely withcrossfunctionalpartners to operationalize targeting logic, evolve our mapping framework, and deliver clean,accuratedaily outputs that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong data, coding, communication, andproblemsolvingskills. The candidate must also bedetailoriented, solutions-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in afastpaced, agile environment.

What you'll do:
- Partner with stakeholders tounderstand offer strategy, eligibility criteria, and targeting considerations, ensuring requirements are reflected accurately in mapping logic.
- Translate business strategy into offer mapping scripts, building clean, documented rule-based assignments using SQL/Python.
- Ownendtoendexecutionof the daily mapping process, including data refresh, script runs, validation checks, delivery to downstream systems, and issue resolution.
- Evolve and standardizethe mapping framework, including segment definitions, rule hierarchies, prioritization logic, and coding best practices.
- Support development ofdashboards, reports, and business insightstied to mapping performance, customer eligibility, and offer uptake.
- Partner withData Sciencetoimprove targeting efficiencyand incorporate new data attributes or rules.
- Contribute toexperiment design, ensuring mapping logic supports measurable, scalable test structures.
- Maintain strong documentation, version control, and governance across all mapping activities and processes.

- Deliver quality- produceaccurate, reliable, and repeatable mapping outputs with speed and precision.

- Influence and drive change- align stakeholders on logic,methodology, and process improvements; champion consistency and control.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, andproblemsolvingskills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Ability toconvert strategy into executable logic, bridging technical and business perspectives seamlessly.
- Comfortoperatingin an environment ofconstant change, unstructured inputs, and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability manageexpectations, andcommunicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Creativity and a focus oncontinuous improvement, always looking for simpler, more scalable, more automated solutions.
