You are a strong dynamic leader with a passion for digital. In leading this fun and dynamic team you will work in an open co-creative environment tackling complex problems. Our work has far-reaching impacts on the overall TELUS experience for our customers and you will play a critical role by driving the strategy and evolution of the My TELUS' platform and capabilities across our Mobility, Billing & Payments self-serve experiences.Here's how

•Building features and experiences that reduce effort for our customers and generate tangible value for TELUS
•Identifying opportunities for optimization, and leveraging data to drive continued enhancements
•Ambassador of digital adoption and engagement opportunities:
•Building relationships and networks across multiple internal teams and vendor/agency partners to help deliver on end-to-end digital user experiences
•Establishing and maintaining regular cadence with stakeholders within digital, the rest of TELUS, and with our partner vendors to ensure alignment and drive momentum
•Passionate self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive with ambiguity
•Known for your influencing skills, and working with a broad range of stakeholders to gain alignment on product vision and roadmaps
•Noted as an exceptional problem solver; anticipating and assess risks, craft contingency plans and manage change in a complex environment

•Strong understanding of complex enterprise technology, with the aim of simplifying experiences and processes
•Recognized for your organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to delegate, monitor and manage high volume workloads
