As a Global Mac Service Manager within Deloitte Technology Services (DTS), you will manage operational duties, management of third level support queue, standard software patching,deployment, automation and other related activities.About the team

As a Manager, Mac CoE, you bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role required along with specialized knowledge and/or experience in the end user technology environment.
- Preferred experience with MacOS Apple hardware and hands-on expertise.
- Some experience in designing script/package solutions using industry standard tools, scripting software installs and system configurations, packaging software for installation and deployment, testing scripts/packages/software, and using deployment/management systems within an end user environment.
- A specialistinscripting/development/engineering and managing macOS with Jamf technologies in a large enterprise.
