What will your typical day look like?

As a Global Mac Service Manager within Deloitte Technology Services (DTS), you will manage operational duties, management of third level support queue, standard software patching,deployment, automation and other related activities.

As a Manager, Mac CoE, you bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role required along with specialized knowledge and/or experience in the end user technology environment.
• Preferred experience with MacOS Apple hardware and hands-on expertise.
• Some experience in designing script/package solutions using industry standard tools, scripting software installs and system configurations, packaging software for installation and deployment, testing scripts/packages/software, and using deployment/management systems within an end user environment.
• A specialistinscripting/development/engineering and managing macOS with Jamf technologies in a large enterprise.

Certifications:

• Jamf 200, 300, or 400 certification.
