What is the opportunity?

As a key member of the Risk Operations Collection Infrastructure & Automation National Office team, you will integrate,support and execute transformational initiatives in CACS (Loan/MTG/DDA), TSYS (CARDS) and Elements workflow administrative tables for Triage and Collections, focused on Canadian and USPortfolio of products.

You will support business as usual (BAU)processesand the delivery of the department/functions goals and objectives, while managing against business plan, operational/credit risk mitigation and enhancing the client experience. You will identify and act on opportunities to develop, manage and execute initiatives aligned to Canadian Banking Operations (CBO) simplification roadmap strategy of Simpler, Faster, Better.

What will you do?

  • Support strategy and the business by integrating new automated business workflows,supporting current system automation and leading, identifying, designing and executingcross-functional initiatives to enable the Risk Operations Roadmap
  • Partner with cross functional teams in the execution of strategic projects,support problem resolution, automated solutions, safety and soundness of Integration with proper testing methodology and the integration/implementation of CBO strategic themes
  • Collaboratewith partners to refine alignment between roadmap tracking, benefits and capacity planning
  • Draw on knowledge and experience from Change Management and Project Management disciplines, methodologies and tools to establish a best in class process
  • Executechange initiatives across Collections Technology and Operations
  • Lead and execute change while supporting employees through proactive communication, issue resolution and effective decision-making
  • Responsible for workflow and ensuring current documentation and effectivecommunication
  • Adhere to Project Management Framework, ensuring strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames

Must-have
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead complex programs, with a proven track record to deliver
  • Proven ability to effectively partner within a complex and matrix environment
  • Strategic thinker with a thought leadership capability
  • Professional oral and written presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in Credit systems and Collection Environment
  • Experienced in using CACS,TSYS,OLBB/OLMS/DDA/SALES Platform & DDA
  • Strong capabilities in using Oracle,SQL and MS Excel


Nice-to-have
  • PMP certification
  • Previous People Leadership Experience
  • Tableau
